Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase! If not, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or pet hair

  • With original tags attached

  • Proof of purchase such as a receipt

  • Christmas Gifts must be returned no later than January 14th of the following year in same condition as listed above. 

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Approved returns will receive store credit or an exchange (based on availability).

  • Store credit will be issued via email and expires in 5 years.

  • We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards

  • Markdowns that end in $.00 

  • Sale items labeled as FINAL SALE (FS)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
